Caltrans Programs

The UCPRC partners with four core Caltrans programs to connect research with specifications, project delivery, materials quality, and pavement management across the state highway system.

Pavement Materials Partnering Committee: a Caltrans–industry partnership that updates construction methods, specifications, and test methods for aggregate, asphalt, and concrete.
